Oatbedient Milk Carton Planter DIY
Materials Needed:- Empty Oat M!lk Barista (1L) carton
- Scissors
- Potting soil
- Seeds or small plants
- Optional paint/brushes for decoration
Instructions:
First off, make sure your oat milk carton is truly empty of any oat-y goodness. Clean it out with a quick rinse in the sink and let it dry thoroughly. There’s several handy ways to craft your DIY planter with the help of a trusty pair of scissors. You can:
Use the upcycled planters as-is, or have some fun decorating them with paint!
Once you have decorated your DIY planter, pat in some quality potting soil along with the seeds of your favorite herbs.
And you’re done: Place your oat milk carton planter in a sunny location, like on a windowsill, and water regularly.
We’re all for DIY methods to repurpose our empty oat milk cartons and powder boxes. These cute planters are an inexpensive way to add some spice to sustainability, and also make for adorable gifts for family and friends.
