Return & Refund
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your dissatisfaction
- A snapshot of the received goods
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the items you are dissatisfied with.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be...
- either defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Remember to make a return & refund request by email first before sending the items back to us. Without a formal request, we are unable to accept your returned items.
What happens next…
Give us 2 to 3 working days to inspect your returned items. We will then update you on the status of your refund.
Once approved, you will receive the refund in one of the following ways:
- A different product
- A refund to the original payment method
